An organization-scoped label attached to requirements or metrics for filtering and PRD traceability — not the same as test category or topic.

Overview
Tags are optional labels on Requirement and Metric records. They help teams filter, group, and trace requirements (e.g. , , ) without changing what is being tested.

Assigning tags
UI: Add tags when creating or editing a requirement.
